The GeoFind product can be licensed to run on a customer's web server.

Customer Site Licensing
GeoFind licensing for each customer web server is as follows:

GeoFind License (one-time)	$5,000
GeoFind Source Code License (one-time)	$5,000
Npa/Nxx & Zip Table Updates (quarterly)	$1,500
Yearly Support Charges	$750

Notes:

1. GeoFind License is a one-time charge that allows customers to run a single version of the GeoFind software on a single server, for a single dealer locator application.

2. The source code license is a non-exclusive license which provides source code for the GeoFind CGI, dealer geocoding, and report generation processes.

3. Npa/Nxx an Zip Updates are provided on a quarterly basis. This is recommended due to changes that occur to the national zip code and area code and exchange databases.

4. Standard support is provided via phone and email for a period of 30 days following product purchase. Yearly support include phone and email support for a period of 1 year following product purchase and includes free product updates during that year.
